Refund policy


Refunds & returns on all custom made products (prints, canvases, framed prints, stretched canvases, framed canvases) are not accepted, unless the product received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Please choose your product purchase wisely.

Be aware that a photo on a computer screen can vary slightly in colour, tone, brightness to a real life printed product. Kai Morgin quality controls all prints to ensure that the printed product is as close as a match as possible to the original artwork. ALL prints and canvases, frames, are manufactured at the same location to ensure every print delivered around the world is exactly the same.

You have 24 HOURS from time of purchase to change your mind, or cancel your order. After 24 hours your order will be processed and can not be altered or cancelled once processing has begun.

Refunds on Custom Products for Change-of-Mind Not Accepted. A free in situ service is available to help you make a decision before purchasing via our Contact Page.

All prints, canvases, framed items and homewares are handmade to order. For this reason, these products can not be returned for change-of-mind.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately WITHIN 14 DAYS of delivery  if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and organise a replacement.

To start a replacement  request, contact us at hello@kaimorgin.comYou must supply photos of the packaging and the product, your details and order number.

If your request is accepted, we will organise a replacement immediately. Please contact us for any return question at hello@kaimorgin.com.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

All printed items, including fine art prints, canvases, stretched canvases, framed canvases and framed prints found on the KAI MORGIN store cannot be returned (but can be replaced if damaged, incorrect) as they are custom products (special orders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

KAI MORGIN does not accept exchanges for custom ordered products.

This policy is in accordance with Australia's ACCC Consumer Rights and Guarantees.
