Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at KAI MORGIN.The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Important Message: Please note that in various countries, COVID-19 restrictions may have caused delays and backlogs in deliveries to your region that are out of our control and must be considered in addition to shipping estimates provided for in point 4.

1. Processing your order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address 24 hours after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase. (The 24 hour delay is a grace period where you can cancel or change your order. If you have any issues with this, please contact us via chat or the contact page)

2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed for production to begin on your product(s) within the following processing times. We will contact you if for some reason there are any unforeseen delays. (Note that holiday periods such as Christmas and sale events may affect the processing time due to higher demands)

Fine Art/Giclee Prints 3-7 business days
Canvas (roll) 3-7 business days
Framed Canvas 5 - 10 business days



3. Shipment Locations

3.1 Domestic and International

KAI MORGIN ships domestically as well as internationally on all paper and canvas roll products to Australia, NZ, US, and UK. All framed canvases are only shipped within Australia. However, if you are outside and wish to have a framed canvas sent to you, please contact us and we can arrange a Special Quote for delivery. To enquire about a Special Quote Order, or for all other enquiries, please email hello@kaimorgin.com

3.2 Shipping Restrictions

KAI MORGIN only ships to domestic addresses and will not ship to a Post Office Box number.

4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be available to you. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order. Note that prices of shipping quoted below are subject to review or changes.

a. Standard Shipping Domestic (Australia only)

The order will arrive within approximately 5-10 business days from date of shipment

All standard shipping is FREE for all products.

b. Standard Shipping (New Zealand)

The order will arrive within approximately 10-16 business days from date of shipment

All standard shipping is FREE for all print products minimum spend $200

c Standard Shipping (International UK, Canada and US )

The order will arrive within approximately 10-28 business days from date of shipment (excluding delays and backlogs caused by COVID-19 restrictions)

All standard shipping is FREE for all print products where the order is greater than AUD$200

 

Other countries 

If you are not in a delivery zone above, email hello@kaimorgin.com and we can provide a quote for shipping to your location. The shipping zones above may be updated in the future to include more countries.

 

d. Please note:

(i) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

(ii) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

(iii) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the     items ordered.
(iv) Products may be delivered in seperate shipments
(v) When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

Delivery Date:
(A) Transit time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our manufacturer and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

(vi) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

5. Tracking Options

 KAI MORGIN aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive information with which to track your package.

5.1 Domestic and International

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.

International orders are sent with Australia Post. The service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking  and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.

 

6. International Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department. KAI MORGIN is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges and we work very closely with our manufacturer who is responsible for the delivery to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.

7. Damages

If there is any damage to the packaging and the contents of the package on delivery, contact us immediately at hello@kaimorgin.com with the subject header "DAMAGED GOODS RECEIVED" and include photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) with your order number and name. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of the package. 

8. Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We've found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building, or with a neighbour. KAI MORGIN politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at hello@kaimorgin.com with the subject line "MISSING ITEM" to report missing or lost packages.

Shipping Destinations Outside Australia
Fine art prints only and rolled canvases in all sizes are shipped for free for orders over AUD$250 to the following countries and continents. Standard carrier rates apply for orders less than AUD$250.
(Sorry, framing and stretched canvases are not available for delivery outside Australia).
